A: Each piece is handcrafted from solid wood and finished with a natural, durable oil. Marks, grain patterns, and slight variations are normal— that's the beauty. Every block goes through multiple steps to refinish, sand, and seal. Unique features are meant to be highlighted.

Q: Are the items one-of-a-kind?

A: Yes. Every block is unique. Once sold, it’s gone.

Q: How do you package items for shipping?

A: Each piece is wrapped securely to prevent damage and shipped in a protective box.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Q: What is your return policy?


A: No returns, all sales final due to nature of the product.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently shipping is limited to the United States.

Q: How do I care for the wood?

A: Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, or prolonged sunlight. The word is finished with a food safe, non-toxic sealer, and is generally fairly durable.
